The practice of positive thinking is for sure beneficial… but it should never be done in isolation. You are not going to positively think your way to healing.
Other forms of healing work to work through pain and trauma as well as forming a daily meditation practice will help remove the density of the pain.
There are many different forms of healing, from talk therapy, coaching, hypnotherapy, acupuncture and transformational breathing, to emotional freedom technique, reiki and energy massage, etc. etc.
Choose the process and practitioner that you feel most trusting of.
Choose several if it’s an option for you.
The goal will be to clear blockages that are causing both physical and emotional pain in your life.
I strongly urge you to take a step back from the insanity called life and to focus on inner healing rather than outer success. The latter is a losing game.
Nothing on the outside can give you the joy and freedom that is possible to generate on the inside.
You will never discover your inner power if you keep solely relying on external people and things to feel good.
Also, I believe that inner healing is the best way that we can contribute to world peace. The healing must start inside of us. That healing then has a domino effect, both directly on our loved ones but also on society as a whole.
I’d go so far as to say that we have a responsibility to heal ourselves.
