SO WHAT?

These are two of the most liberating words in the English language.
He hurt me.
She was mean to me.
What they said about me was wrong.
He betrayed me.
She belittled me.
You don’t understand.
I had that bad experience.
Blah blah and more blah!
At the end of the day, who cares?
Do you want to waste time defending yourself, arguing for your limitations, clearing up misunderstandings, or justifying any move you make?
Or do you want to guard your very precious energy for more worthy projects like creating a life that you feel really happy about, a life that lights you up?
A life where those kinds of experiences and comments will just roll off of you like water off a duck’s back.
I know where I want my energy to go ?.
Keep moving forward with love in your heart and a spring in your step.
Make mistakes (because you will), fall down, but never stay down, because you’ve got a life to be present to and a future to make happen.
Write or type about it to help process it and then let it go. (Join my Unleash Your Writer Within program if you want help with that.)
Let the past go unless you need to look back to remind yourself what experience you don’t want to have again.
Don’t let anything or anyone hold you back from moving forward.
Life is too short to engage in or dwell on b.s.
