7 Steps To Creating An Irresistible Coaching Offer

Even if you barely know who you are and what problem you solve!

The best way to get clarity is to journal your answers to the following questions:

Letโ€™s start with you:

a. What problem are you passionate about solving for people?

b. What do you do best?

c. What is it that you really want your ideal client to know?

d. What kind of people do you most love to help?

e. What unique magic do you bring to the table?

- Me, I'm passionate about helping women to live a fired up life where they feel fit, focused and financially free!

What I do best is lovingly kick their asses .

I really want my client to know that they absolutely can create the success they want if they decide to commit fully to the process and decide they will do what it takes, until it takes, to figure it out.

I most love to help single mums or those who simply MUST succeed which means they will do everything to make that happen.

The unique magic that I bring to the table is that I focus strongly on the client's energetic state as well as their business. Clients who work with me will achieve better health and wellness as well as a better business.

Then answer these questions about your ideal clients:

a. What are their biggest pains?

b. What are their greatest desires and dreams?

c. What keeps them awake at night?

d. What do they fear?

e. What are their top 3 frustrations?

- The biggest pains that my clients have is that their coaching biz is either not up and running yet or they can't get it off the ground. They aspire to earning a lot of money whilst devoting a lot of time to self-care, but they are going in circles and making little progress. They want to move a lot faster.

They dream of having a lucrative boutique coaching business that allows them to live a comfortable lifestyle with the freedom to do what they want, when they want.

They fear not making it and not being able to pay their bills.

They feel frustrated with the slow progress despite the great efforts they have been making.

The 2 things to take into account when creating your offer are value, and convenience.

The more pain they are in, the more they are willing to pay for a solution.

The better you are at describing their pain in your offer, the more they will value your offer.

But they are also busy, plus they want the result sooner rather than later.

Think about the fastest way that you can get them from A (where they are now) to B (the result your offer will provide) with the least amount of work.

A mistake that coaches often make is overwhelming program participants with too much content. Their good intention is to provide as much value as possible, but in this day and age less is definitely more. Make the content effective and efficient.

Journal on the following questions to make your offer tangible:

a. What problems will you solve for your ideal clients?

b. List the specific results your clients will achieve by working with you.

c. What TANGIBLE results can they expect? The more tangible you can make the results, the easier it will be for them to make a buying decision.

- the problems I solve for my client are skill gaps in coaching and money gaps in their bank account. Now you need to map out the journey you'll take them on to get to the result..

- If A is where they are now and B is the result they want, list all the things you believe they will need to get to B.

Break the journey down into bite-sized steps.

Make sure to highlight the unique approach and method you bring to the table.

- For my work, the 4-step framework I offer is very simple.

i) Work with 50 practice clients (who are also your ideal client) to work on certifying as a Fired Up Coach. As you gain in confidence and improve your coaching skills, some of those practice clients will enquire about working further with you after the practice session.

ii) Create your irresistible $5K - $10K offer.

iii) Learn how to sell high-ticket programs 1:1 and also on a masterclass (be sure to invite your 50 practice clients and others to your masterclass).

iv) Have $10K days.

You donโ€™t need to go into details regarding โ€˜howโ€™ you will get them there. The features of the program are not important at this point. The BENEFITS ARE.

Your job is to paint a vivid picture of the transformation awaiting your clients on the other side.

Ask yourself these questions to get clear on that:

a. What will your client's life look like once they've experienced the magic of working with you?

b. What will they be able to do, feel, or achieve that they can't right now?

- Typically my clients will be in a much better financial position, plus they will feel free to design the lifestyle they want that supports their health as well as their wealth.

Finally, you can include bonuses, resources, or limited time offers or limited spaces that create urgency. These can help them to make their buying decision more urgently. If you truly know you can help them and really want to, then you will want to do everything you can to help them to take that leap with you. When you approach selling from that genuine energy, your clients will know you care and they will trust you.
